Methadone was the only thing that ever kept me clean and I don't ever have cravings to use... Its pretty kickass. ARS is alot nicer than other clinics I've been to in PA.

Nice place if you are truly serious about getting your life back on track. By that I mean you have to "want the help" and not just go thru the motions like a court ordered program. Also if you do not qualify for medical assistance be prepared to spend $101.50 every week for methadone program... And if u dont have that kind of money on hand they could care less about you and your recovery efforts. So sad that a person on med. assist. can receive daily treatment absolutely free and yet a person with a job and good health insurance through their job has to pay over $400 a month for "treatment". If u can't pay up to this ridiculous amount of money you might as well forget it. Besides the financial part of it, this place absolutely helps people such as myself to live a productive life.

When I first started going here 2 years ago everyone was very friendly and helpful. Now all the staff is new my counselor Brianna is very nice so is the doctor and so is the head nurse but the women who sits at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional she sits on her phone all the time and she just rude. Most of the staff there is there for money they aren't there for you. So if you have no where else to go I would recommended just so you could get clean. But if you can get in somewhere else I would highly suggest it.

I transferred here from Discovery House and I cant say enough how much better of an experience I've had here than at DH. From the first phone call I made to ask about transferring to my intake to dosing there daily, it's all been great. The staff is helpful and friendly and I just had my first one on one session today with Amanda and it was nice - like talking with an old friend. Not your typical counseling where all you do is talk about your problems. We talked about every day life.. the only thing I don't like about this place is having to wait to dose. Sometimes it can take 20 min to dose but that's not bad compared to most clinics. DH Mechanicsburg has no wait but that's because they have less patients. And that's because they are terribly unprofessional. ARS is professional, polite, friendly and they actually care about you as a person. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is truly ready to be free of heroin.

Excellent..They honestly SAVED MY LIFE..I really cant say much more than that..They have the BEST consolers in the entire world..They also CARE about you unlike most places see you like a "$". I recommend this place hands down..

Before the program I had a bag of clothes to my name that's about it. Now we have a home, bank accounts and a life. It's amazing how fast your life can take a turn for the good. The staff there does there absolute best to accommodate all the people in different levels of there sobriety. Kate and Aretha welcome you every morning always respectful. And my counselor (Kayla) does a amazing job helping me through my problems and finding healthy solutions. I'd probably be dead or in jail if it wasn't for ARS. Im glad there's still people willing to help us without judging our disease.
